This Privacy Policy describes how "MC Factor" (hereinafter referred to as "the App" and "the Plugin") collects, uses, and shares information about you (the "User") when you use our services, including our Flutter application.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information:
  • Firebase Authentication: We use Firebase for user authentication. This includes Anonymous login by default, but users may choose to link their accounts with an Email address or Google account, Yahoo account.
• Authentication Data (2FA Specific):
  • Server ID & App Key: To facilitate two-factor authentication, we store randomly generated App Keys and their relationship with Server IDs.
  • Pass Keys & Tokens: Temporary Pass Keys and Hashed Tokens are generated locally and processed through our backend API to verify logins.
  • Game UUID: For server administrators using our plugin, we store Player UUIDs and their linked App Keys in a file on the server.
• Usage & Device Information:
  • AdMob Data: The App includes banner advertisements via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization and analytics.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the 2FA service (authentication, data synchronization, server linking).
• To manage the link between your smartphone app and game servers.
• To display advertisements and maintain the App's free services.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with reliable third-party providers necessary for App operations:
  • Google Firebase: For authentication and database (Firestore) management.
  • Google AdMob: For providing advertisement services.
• Server Administrators: When you link your App to games server, the server administrator's plugin will store your UUID and linked App Key.

4. Data Management & Security

We take the security of your data seriously.

• Encryption: Generate all tokens offline using hashes.
• Infrastructure: We leverage Firebase’s security features and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage.
• App Privacy: The App’s source code is obfuscated before publication to enhance security.

5. User Rights

Users can view, modify, or delete their account information and linked servers within the App. If you wish to delete your entire account or request disclosure of your personal information, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via this page. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
